Key Responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the data analysis cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
• Work with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to lead the data visualization process.
• Maintain quality of the data visualization process and ensure that when dashboards are translated into actionable insights, they accurately reflect the business requirements.
• Accurately estimate development tasks during planning sessions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions involving non-developers.
• Create, iterate, and maintain Power BI deliverables including dashboards, reports, data models, and documentation.
• Ensure design choices are data-led by identifying key metrics to test each sprint and work with analysts in your team to plan data validation sessions.
• Design user-friendly and interactive dashboards, understanding that adopting common data visualization patterns is better for user experience than reinventing the wheel.
• Present your work to the wider business at Show & Tell sessions.

Skills & Experience

• You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Power BI Developer.
• You have experience using Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
• You are familiar using Jira and Confluence in your workflow.
