Create, review and understand the design documents, scope of works, and the project plan for Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance. Deploys and configures agreed Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions as per the project plan and SOW. Provides daily and weekly reports on the progress of the project to the Project Manager. - Prepare training and workshops for customers on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Solutions. Provides after-sales service including follow-up support on the deployed Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions for the agreed period. Action on support requests and ensure that all calls are recorded according to Service Level Agreements. Provide Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance technical support to resolve issues. Maintain and Audit Compliance Policies across all Microsoft 365 Services. Coordinate incident response plans, investigation and resolving Microsoft 365 Security incidents promptly. Performs gap analysis on Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare and maintain clear documentation and records on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance configurations for the solutions deployed and support calls. Works with other technical teams to ensure contractual performance. Attends training, webinars, and workshops on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions and ensure relevant certification of the same for self and others. Trains engineers and interns on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance solutions.
