I am an IT Support Engineer, a Software Quality Assurance Professional, with over eight years of experience in IT support, I am a senior IT support/team lead at TWPC Tech, a leading IT solutions provider in Nigeria. I have expertise in cybersecurity, UAT, MS365 Support, Software Product Analyst and Design.

At TWPC TECH, my role as Senior IT Support/Team Lead revolves around leading ERP implementations and managing a robust team of field engineers. Our collective efforts have realized the successful deployment of ODOO ERP for Construction Kaiser, catapulting the client into a new realm of operational efficiency. My competencies in application support management and virtual assistance are the pillars supporting these achievements.

My proactive leadership extended to the conceptualization and enhancement of the imolesms software, where I integrated innovative features to strengthen security and user engagement. Imolesms.com.ng is a comprehensive and secure SMS platform for schools.

With strong command of English, Yoruba, and Hausa, I ensure that cross-functional communication within the team is seamless, fostering an environment where technical issues are addressed with swiftness and precision.

I also collaborate with the team of field engineers working at various LIRS tax stations across Lagos, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.

I have a strong background in IT support, graphic design, and general information technology, and I have worked in both public and private sector organizations. I also hold certifications in cybersecurity, project management, and capacity building, and I have multiple skills in application support, IT hardware support, and O365 support.
