Microsoft Intune Expert

As a Microsoft Intune Expert, you will be a crucial member of our IT team, specializing in the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and efficient mobile device and application management across our organization. Your role will involve designing and implementing Intune policies, providing support and training to users, and continuously optimizing our Intune environment to align with best practices and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and efficient mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Develop and enforce Intune policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to users on Intune, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor Intune configurations to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and analyze Intune performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal functionality.
• Stay current with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Intune and related technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Integrate Microsoft Intune with other enterprise systems to streamline device management and improve security.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes to the Intune environment for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Participate in planning and implementing security measures to protect data on mobile devices and applications managed by Intune.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Intune, with a strong background in MDM and MAM.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 suite, including security and compliance features.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and best practices for mobile device and application management.
• Experience with configuring and managing Intune policies, profiles, and conditional access settings.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Intune-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly desirable.
