Job Description
As a Microsoft 365 Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to help employees effectively use Microsoft 365 tools and services. You will ensure that users are proficient and confident in utilizing Microsoft 365 for their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications.
- Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
- Conduct workshops and webinars to educate users on best practices and new features.
- Assess training needs and customize programs to meet specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and incorporate them into training programs.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in training or a related role, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Trainer or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals are highly desirable.
