As a Microsoft Collaboration Expert, you will be a key player in our IT team, specializing in Microsoft collaboration tools to enhance communication and productivity across our organization. Your role will involve implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Microsoft collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related applications.
  • Develop and maintain governance policies and best practices for the use of Microsoft collaboration tools to ensure secure and efficient usage.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Microsoft collaboration tools, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor Microsoft collaboration solutions to meet those needs.
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive settings to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Integrate Microsoft collaboration tools with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and improve information sharing.
  • Monitor and analyze usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive adoption of collaboration tools.
  • Stay current with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft collaboration technologies, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and changes to the Microsoft collaboration environment for future reference and compliance purposes.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and its collaboration features.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance and best practices for collaboration tools.
  • Experience with configuring and managing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
