Job Description

As a Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist, you will manage and execute migration projects from legacy systems to the Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure data integrity and minimal disruption to users during the migration process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, including email, file storage, and collaboration tools.
  • Assess and analyze current systems to develop migration strategies and timelines.
  • Ensure data integrity and security during the migration process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during migration projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365.
  • Provide training and support to end-users post-migration.
  • Document migration processes and procedures for future reference.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing migration projects to Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and migration tools.
  • Experience with data migration and integration best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
